​Attorney Sally A. Miller began her practice in 1997 after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  Attorney Miller has served for two years as the law clerk for Lapeer County Judges Nick O. Holowka, Martin E. Clements and Michael P. Higgins.  Attorney Miller also assisted the Prosecuting Attorney’s office with criminal matters.  Attorney Miller earned law school awards for her academic achievements in Advocacy and Trial Skills and has been recognized by her peers for her ethical demeanor.  Attorney Miller also graduated from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA where she polished her trial skills.  Attorney Miller’s extensive experience is focused on the areas of family law; particularly  custody trials, parenting time issues, criminal defense, adoptions and domestic mediation.
